The price covers one night at the Jyoty Mahal Palace Hotel in Delhi, eight nights in Rishikesh with full-board Ayurvedic meals, daily yoga, meditation and philosophy classes, a professional Ayurvedic massage session, all cultural excursions and monument entrance fees, the traditional sari experience and photo session, opening and closing ceremonies, all ground transportation including airport transfers, visa assistance, and 24/7 local support with translator assistance.
Most days begin with a morning Hatha yoga session around 7:00, followed by a yogic breakfast and a class in philosophy, mantra chanting or Ayurveda. After an Ayurvedic lunch and rest, afternoons are given to excursions or free time, and evenings bring a Vinyasa session and practices such as Yoga Nidra or meditation before a light dinner.
The journey begins in Delhi, where you are picked up from the airport by minibus, and continues to Rishikesh by private vehicle on Day 2.
