Our 200-Hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India is a Yoga Alliance certified residential course held at our ashram in Ram Jhula, on the banks of the Ganga. Over 28 days you will study asana, pranayama, meditation, yogic philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology in a batch of maximum 12 students. Our vision is to offer Yoga and Meditation Programs that help to transform the consciousness and help people live a spiritually fulfilling life based in genuine inner experience and knowledge. The objective of the TTC Course is to provide beginners and experienced Yoga students with strong technical and theoretical experience. Hatha Vinyasa styles will be covered, along with Yogic Philosophy, Anatomy and Physiology, and more. Introductions to Ayurveda and Tantric Cleansing Practices complement the course. The course will equip the future teachers to be completely autonomous and ready to run their own yoga classes at the highest standards. At Arya Yog Peeth, students can easily learn a unique combination of different Yoga principles. We practice safe, proper, injury free yoga for all ages and genders. Every morning will start with Pranayama classes focused on different breathing techniques, which provides a good foundation for the Hatha Vinyasa flow classes afterward. Throughout the day, we will cover a comprehensive course schedule. In the evenings, we will end in meditation on the Ganga River. Initially the classes are all led by the senior teacher and later on the students learn to teach each other in small groups with instruction and adjustment from the teachers.

Community is very important to us and we create a family experience here at Arya Yog Peeth. Training is an intense life-changing experience, both physically and mentally. We look forward to sweating, laughing, learning and growing together.
Openness and commitment: The training is aimed at everyone who wants to deepen their practice and share with others. A basic yoga experience is desirable, however, passion, dedication, and openness with which you want to devote yourself to education are far more important. We expect you to integrate yoga into your everyday life during your training and carry it with you afterwards. Discipline: Prerequisite for obtaining the certificate is the 100% presence during the entire training and the internship as well as successful completion of theoretical and practical examinations.
I researched a lot of schools in Rishikesh and choosing Arya Yog Peeth was the best decision. The small group meant real personal attention — Arya adjusted everything to my level and pushed me further than I thought I could go. The teaching is authentic and deeply rooted, not watered down for tourists. I left feeling ready, and changed.
Four weeks at Arya Yog Peeth gave me far more than a certificate. The daily practice, the philosophy classes, and the family atmosphere created the space for a real shift. Arya teaches from a genuine lineage and from the heart. I'd recommend this training to anyone serious about deepening their practice.
Everything is covered: professional instruction, hands-on practical experience with adjustments and feedback, accommodation in a newly renovated ashram close to the Ganges, three homemade vegetarian meals per day plus snacks, yoga mats & props, and excursions in Rishikesh.
