Ancient Wisdom for Modern Wellness
An exclusive and transformative journey that enhances physical, mental, and emotional well-being, introduces you to Indian culture, and allows you to immerse yourself in the breathtaking nature of the Himalayas. This retreat is perfect for those who want to disconnect from stress, restore their energy, and experience the authenticity of Ayurveda and yoga in an atmosphere of tranquility and exclusivity. Ayurveda is a holistic system of traditional medicine that views health as more than just the absence of disease. It defines life (Ayuh) as the harmonious interaction of four essential elements: soul, mind, emotions, and body, in connection with nature and the universe.
No prior experience is needed. On Day 2 an Ayurvedic doctor carries out a comprehensive diagnosis — analysing pulse, tongue, skin and lifestyle — and develops a personalized treatment plan, and the daily yoga and meditation sessions are tailored to your dosha.
You receive daily Ayurvedic treatments and consultations with experienced doctors. Depending on your personalized plan, sessions may include Abhyanga oil massage, Shirodhara therapy or Panchakarma, alongside Ayurvedic beauty rituals and personalized Ayurvedic meals.
The retreat includes airport pickup and transfers, ten nights of accommodation in Rishikesh in a double room, full-board Ayurvedic meals prepared by our chef with local ingredients, daily treatments and doctor consultations, yoga and meditation sessions with certified instructors, cultural excursions with all entrance fees, the traditional sari ceremony and Ganges Aarti experience, translator support, and visa assistance.
Mornings begin with yoga and pranayama, followed by a personalized Ayurvedic breakfast and your morning treatment session. After lunch and rest there is time for cultural activities — such as visits to the Beatles Ashram, Kunjapuri Devi Temple or Neer Garh Waterfall — before an evening meditation and relaxation session and dinner.
Airport pickup and transfer to Rishikesh are included, and the drive from the airport takes around 40 minutes. If you are planning your wider journey to India, the Getting to Rishikesh guide linked on this page covers the options in detail.
The retreat is kept intimate, with a maximum of 12 participants, so the doctors and teachers can give each guest genuinely personal care.
Apply through the website or contact the school on WhatsApp. The team will confirm availability for your preferred dates and guide you through visa assistance and travel planning.
